Hi! I’m Steph Smoot and I have a passion for planning that comes from balancing my multi-hyphenate passions and goals. I graduated with a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MA from Liberty University. From working in Human Resources, to event coordinating, to directing and performing musical theatre, to coaching cheerleading or dance—my professional interests are as varied as the clients I serve. I love the Alaska outdoors, road trips, peacefully skiing the greens, and hiking with my husband and adventure pup. I want to work with you and for you to create an event that encompasses a unique and wonderful YOU!

My name is Emily and I’ve been in Alaska for about three years now. I graduated in 2020 from Brown University and was the Vice President (Finance) for my Sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and played on our University’s Varsity Rugby Team. I have always had a passion for events, an active member of AXO’s party planning committee and often hosting various events for friends and family—including elopements and weddings of various sizes. Since being in Alaska, I have rekindled my love for outdoor adventures: hiking, backcountry snowboarding, and photography. The landscapes here provides the opportunity to bring important personal events to a stage as magical as the moment. I am so excited to help you plan the event of your dreams!!
